Accessibility Statement
Our goal is to make SmartPinMaker usable by as many people as possible, regardless of ability. This page describes that commitment and how to tell us about a problem.
Our Commitment
We believe the tool should work for everyone, not just those who happen to fit a narrow default. We aim to follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA as a practical target, so the site is perceivable, operable, understandable and robust for people using assistive technology, keyboard navigation, screen readers, and other access methods.
What We Aim For
- Keyboard use — every control, dialog and option in the tools is reachable and operable with a keyboard, with a visible focus indicator.
- Screen reader support — meaningful labels, headings and landmarks; forms and controls are announced correctly.
- Color and contrast — text keeps sufficient contrast against its background, and information is not conveyed by color alone.
- Text alternatives — images and icons that carry meaning have descriptive alternatives; decorative elements are hidden from assistive technology.
- Responsive and readable text — the pages reflow on small screens and support text resizing without losing content.
- Reduced motion — decorative motion is limited, and we respect the
prefers-reduced-motionsetting.
Scope
SmartPinMaker is a small, independently-run service operated from India. Under the EU European Accessibility Act (Directive (EU) 2019/882) and Spain's Ley 11/2023, micro-enterprises with fewer than 10 employees and an annual turnover or balance sheet under €2 million are exempt from the mandatory accessibility requirements. As a solo-operated service, we qualify for this exemption. We publish this statement voluntarily because access remains a priority for us, and we will keep improving over time.
Limitations
Because we are a very small team, our work towards these targets is gradual. You may encounter areas that do not yet fully meet every guideline. Where we are aware of an issue, we treat fixing it as a priority and review the site regularly.
Feedback and Reporting
If you find an accessibility barrier or have a suggestion, we would like to hear about it. Please describe the issue and, where possible, the page or tool involved and how you encountered it. We will respond and work with you to resolve the problem.
